Guitarist/Vocalist needed.

The Guitar Soloist delivers high-energy, engaging performances by creating an interactive musical experience in a pub-style environment. The Guitar Soloist position consists of a vocally talented musician with advanced abilities as an acoustic guitarist. The Guitar Soloist covers a wide range of music from the 60s through today while also performing traditional and contemporary playlists that are customized to match the unique homeport or itinerary of their respective ship.

Requirements:

• Talented entertainer with strong skills as a vocalist, guitarist and strong Showmanship skills.
• Ability to perform acoustically without the use of backing tracks.
• Ability to enhance performances with the support of harmonizers, loopers, and other similar electronic effects.
• Ability to create and maintain a party environment.
• Repertoire of at least 250 American popular music songs from the 1960’s through today.

Due to health and safety the following is required.

• A BMI (Body Mass Index) of under 30.
• An approved pre employment medical exam, including drug test. (This is completed on confirmation of a position).
• Respect for rules on board regarding zero tolerance policies.
• Zero Tolerance Policies include Guest Fraternization, Theft, Drug Use, Alcohol Abuse, Harassment, Fighting, and Tampering with Safety Equipment.
• Where applicable, a C1/D visa and Police Background check may be required.
