We are searching for passionate piano playing Musical Directors to join our teams at sea. If you’d like to work alongside a talented team of musicians performing for guests at sea read on and apply!

About Our Role. Our Musical Directors at sea are responsible for managing the entire live music offering on board, ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved. With us, you will be involved in performances alongside our other musicians, in our production shows and as a solo pianist. You will also oversee the scheduling, as well as, fulfilling other administration duties.

You will be expected to: Have an excellent level of musicianship on the piano, including but not limited to: performance, arranging, sight-reading, improvising, vocal coaching and rehearsing with the production show cast.

Possess good management, communication and leadership skills. Install and rehearse any current or new production shows with the band and cast members where appropriate. Join and lead our musicians during band sets, production shows as well as hold your own solo piano performances.

We have multiple contracts available from late September / early October 2021 onwards. Contract lengths vary between 6-9 months.
