The following is a brief summary of my music career.

Performed as Singer/Pianist on a river cruise in Germany (Viva Cruises’ Swiss Ruby) from March, 2024 up to January, 2025

Performed as a bassist for two jazz bands in Kuwait 1984 – 86. The Meridien Quintet – on contract at Meridien Hotel Kuwait and the “Istiqlal Jazz quartet  at Hilton hotel Kuwait 

I left the jazz band to form the pop band “Top Ranks” with Adolf Fernandes (the best singer of Bombay in the seventies) on vocals and me on Keyboards and my friend Niranjan on the drums. We were the topmost band of Kuwait for 13 years. We were and still are a part of the history of Goan music in Kuwait.

In the year 2001, I joined the band “Pave Connection” as a keyboardist and support vocalist.

In 2005, I joined the band “Goa Amigos” in Toronto and we did numerous shows in Canada as well as in the USA. I played with them as a keyboardist for almost 14 years.

In 2019, I joined with Melanie Pereira to form a duo called Mellow Moments. We did a lot of videos during the covid pandemic much to the delight of the public. But the sheer desire of playing with a live band remained.

Occasionally, I did live FB videos or played as a solo artist for many functions in and around. I gained popularity because I could sing the old Engelbert Humperdinck songs perfectly. I was good at singing the oldies, classic rock or the pop music from all these eras.

For one of these performances, I met an elderly musician, and it was he who suggested that I join cruise ships as a musician. So having no permanent job in Canada, I decided to apply as a musician on a ship.

On December 31st, 2023, my band played in Houston Texas to bring the new year 2024. I was the main singer and it was a roaring success.
