Customers can either “review” or “rate” a listing on MusiciansForCruises.com.

• A review is a text comment which includes a customer name, organisation and a score out of 10.
• A rating is a quick version of the review and only includes the score out of 10. Each customer can only submit one rating.

To submit a review or rating visit any listing and scroll down to the “reviews & ratings” section towards the bottom and click “add a new review“. If you are a member and want to add reviews from previous clients you can do so from your listing. All reviews are manually approved so please make sure they are genuine.

When are reviews approved?

Reviews are normally approved within 24 hours. If ratings are submitted for brand new listings, they will be approved once the listing has been activated.
