I have been playing professionally for 30 years since the age of 16 when I began in a 10 piece Soul Band in the UK playing at least three times a week. 
Since then I have studied at Leeds College of Music, been resident bass player in the QE2 Orchestra, worked for P&O cruises, been Musical Director on both Princess and Saga Cruises and have run my own band in the French Alps for 10 years. I am proficient in any genre or setting and I have excellent reading and improvisational skills as well as those of a Musical Director and Arranger.
