LEADING CZECH JAZZ VOCALIST
With nearly 25 years on the scene, Petra is celebrated for her unique, velvety voice and effortless connection with audiences. Her performances blend elegance, authenticity, and playful experimentation, creating a soothing yet sophisticated musical experience.

EXPERIENCE 
Petra’s career spans performances at clubs, festivals, intimate venues, and major stages, both with her own and other projects and bands or big bands. Her commercial engagements are equally extensive, including corporate events, galas, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and private parties, as well as regular performances in luxury hotels and restaurants.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND
Petra’s musicianship is rooted in 14 years of classical piano training, followed by an independent journey into jazz and vocal performance, enriched by collaborations that in some cases grew into mentoring relationships with her fellow musicians such as Skip Wilkins, Libor Šmoldas, and Mikuláš Pokorný.

MUSICAL FOCUS AND REPERTOIRE 
Petra bridges jazz, soul, and pop, specializing in lesser-known jazz standards and refreshing popular tunes with her unique style. Her repertoire spans nearly 180 songs, including jazz standards and iconic pop and soul pieces.

* Petra Vlková & Sonic Playground: Suitable for both concerts and commercial events, where Petra, together with Libor Šmoldas and Mikuláš Pokorný, explores the unique blend of guitar, piano, and voice as an integral musical instrument.
* Petra Vlková in Duos: Partnering with her best collaborators Petra embraces the intimate format as a space for creative expression and live, unfiltered interaction, providing a highly adaptable experience for both concert and commercial settings. 
* Petra Vlková Trio/Quartet/Quintet: Jazz’s inherent flexibility allows for diverse musical setups. Petra collaborates with top jazz professionals, tailoring her band’s lineup to fit each occasion and audience, with ensembles ranging from a trio to a quintet.
